Join us this April for a unique Creative Painting & Yoga Workshop honoring the spirit of spring. Through grounding yoga flows and expressive painting, we’ll explore the balance between stability and growth—honoring where we’ve been while making space for fresh beginnings.
We are excited to partner with Northwood Art & Music Warehouse in the heart of Northwood Historic District. A collaborative music venue and art space designed to create community, creativity, and positive vibes.

Beth Dolce integrates her passions as an artist, Health Coach, and Movement Educator to inspire holistic well-being. By blending coaching with creative expression, she empowers individuals to break through limitations and cultivate fulfilling, healthy lifestyles, uncover potential, and nurture personal growth.
Jennifer Baez is a trauma-trained somatic coach, yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, Reiki Master, sound healer, and Craniosacral Therapy practitioner. Blending brain science with experiential modalities and deep regard for the body’s innate intelligence, Jennifer facilitates individuals towards embodied transformation.
